The Autosave Customer Fair Trade Policy
Thank you for choosing Autosave for your vehicle purchase. Our culture is to treat customers fairly throughout our process and provide a convenient hassle free, risk free vehicle purchase, providing better value for money for all Autosave customers. Please take time to read the following information regarding your purchase.
1. Vehicle Preparation – here at Autosave your vehicle will be prepared to the highest retail standard possible taking into consideration the vehicles age and mileage. Every car is subject to a 120 point vehicle inspection, a full service, MOT, and is valeted prior to delivery.
2. Mileage Readings – all mileage readings are guaranteed to be correct. If any discrepancy should be discovered and validated, we will repurchase the vehicle for the original price paid.
3. MOT – where a vehicle requires an MOT test, it will have a minimum 12 months MOT.
4. Service History – all of our cars have a full service history, unless notified prior to purchase.
5. Spare Keys – every vehicle will be supplied with at least one key suitable for operating all locks on the vehicle. If additional keys are available they will be supplied with the vehicle, but we do not guarantee to provide any additional keys, including ‘master’ keys.
6. Spare Wheel – please note that some manufacturers no longer provide a spare wheel. However, they may provide a ‘space saver’ or a tyre inflator kit.
7. Owners Manual – we guarantee all manuals and service schedules will be present with the vehicle or sent post delivery.
8. Payments – a 10% deposit is required payable by switch or debit cards. Credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% handling charge. Balances can be paid by dealer finance, Bankers Draft and switch or debit cards. Credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% handling charge.
9. Part Exchange Vehicles – your part exchange vehicle will have been valued as described by yourself. However, if a vehicle is not in the condition as described, we reserve the right to revisit its valuation.
10. Delivery Charges – Whilst we offer free delivery, this is up to 50 miles, any delivery over 50 miles will attract the relevant charges.
11. Communication – Autosave would like to keep you up to date with information regarding your car and other offers and events. We would contact you either by post, email, telephone or SMS messaging and you will have an option to confirm this is acceptable during the purchasing process of your vehicle.
